Cell C brings in Apple

Cell C will stock Apple products for the first time, starting this weekend.

While the pre-order functionality for Apple’s iPhone 4 and 4S went live on 29 June, Cell C CEO Alan Knott-Craig says the smartphone will be available from all participating channels from 15 July.

“The iPhone 4 8GB, iPhone 4S 16GB, 4S 32GB and the 4S 64GB will be available from Cell C [as of Sunday] and customers can apply for any iPhone variant over any Straight Up contract and over any contract terms, with bonus data.”

While comprehensive pricing details are not yet available, Knott-Craig says the iPhone 4 will be available at the recommended retail price of R6 599.
