The South African pay TV operator TopTV will be adding the community TV station Tshwane Television to its line up from 1 October.
Tshwane TV will now be available to viewers nationwide for the first time, since 2011 debut which has been available to viewers in the Tshwane area and surrounds on the same frequency as SABC1, 2 ad 3.
